Here are the essentials…

Freelancers / Digital Nomads
If you own your own LLC, or just freelance, then you need to prove it’s a real. You do that by showing customer lists, expenses, company registration, etc.

Remote Workers
If you’re a remote worker for another company, then you can show bank statements showing salary deposits and a letter from your company.

Financial requirements
Either way, you need to have a bank balance of at least 500,000 THB ($15k USD) to get this visa. You show it with a bank statement or a letter from your bank that's not more than 30 days old.

How long can you stay?
With this visa, you can stay in Thailand for up to 6 months then get a 6 month extension without leaving Thailand (1 year total). You can repeat this for 5 years.
