办理90天报到（TM47）需要哪些文件？

您需要一份填妥的TM.47表格、护照关键页复印件、TM.6出入境卡、历次TM.47回执单，若通过邮寄申请，还需附上写有回邮地址并贴好邮票的信封。

具体细节

• TM.47表格：打印出来，填写完整并由您本人签字。
• 护照复印件：个人信息页、当前签证页、最近一次入境盖章页、签证延期页（如有），如果是邮寄提交，还需包含从当前护照首页到最新到达或签证盖章页之间的所有护照页面。
• TM.6出入境卡复印件：正面和背面。
• 以往的TM.47确认回执单：原件，如果这并非您的第一次报到。
• 回邮信封（仅限邮寄）：一个贴有10泰铢邮票用于寄送收据，另一个贴有5泰铢邮票用于寄送TM.47表格下半部分。
