Attention! A HUGE change has occurred! I repeat. A HUGE change has occurred!

If you are retired or are planning to retire in Thailand, you need to know this. We have selected 2 IMPORTANT news to keep you up to date and 4 more retirement content to help you plan your stay in Thailand. Let’s get started.

#1 RT-PCR test not required to enter Thailand for unvaccinated travelers from May 1

No more pain in the nose. Literally!

If you plan to come to Thailand, now is the best time. Well… after May 1st, to be precise. Why? Because you can then avoid the painful swab of the RT-PCR test entirely. Vaccinated or not.

Before, unless you presented your vaccination documents, you needed to take the RT-PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) test to enter Thailand. Now, you don’t have to worry about any of that.

This almost feels like the country is back to the good old days. So book your flight, get your visa, pack your luggage, and come to experience Thailand.

#2 Bangkok Visa Extension center moved from MuangThong Thani

Now. This is straight-up crucial for every foreigner staying short-term in Thailand. Backpackers? Entrepreneurs? Retired? This will impact all of you.

A visa extension is THAT important to smoothen and get the most out of your experience in the country.

This Visa extension center isn’t only for visa extensions. It is also for lost passports, lost departure cards (TM.6), and arrival stamp correction.

In this video, Miss P. will tell you exactly where this center is moved.

We highly encourage you to share this video with your friends and families who live in Thailand. Who knows? They might thank you later.

#3 Retirement in Thailand? Please check it out first.

Moving to another country is… a BIG deal. And the same goes for Thailand too.

So, before you jump ahead and decide to live long-term in Thailand, why don’t you try it out first?

As you already know, Thailand is a beautiful country. The scenery is gorgeous, the people are friendly, and the weather is perfect. It’s ideal for retirement.

What you may not know is that the culture is different. Food and language are one of the best examples. And you know what? You might dislike them.

In this article, we will give you a tip to test out Thailand before you make your retirement decision.

#4 From AUSTRALIA to THAILAND. Retirement Tales from Bangkok

“Should I really retire in Thailand?”

If you are still asking yourself this question, let us tell you a story. But this time, it’s not our story. It’s a real story from a real ex-pat, Cameron from Australia.

In this testimonial video, Cameron will tell you why he chose Thailand over other countries. His personal experience will help you make your retirement decision.

Interacting with Thai people. Getting around the city. Cost of living. He will give you insight into all of these and much more.

At the end of the video, we’re sure that you will want to come and live long-term in Thailand with us.

#5 My Thailand RETIREMENT BUDGET 2022 - Food, Rent, Transport - Australia VS. Thailand

Sometimes, finance is a pain.

Figuring out how much you need to spend in a year is no joke. Not to mention doing that in a foreign land like Thailand.

So in this video, we will let Cameron, once again, explain to you how he handled his retirement budget.

He will share with you...

  • What he did in Australia.
  • Spending on food.
  • Spending on living utilities.
  • Spending on transportations.
  • Personal unexpected cost.

At the end of the day, how much you spend depends on your personality and lifestyle. However, this video will give you a great reference point that you might need.

"I just want to share with others whom are considering using them, that Thai Kru is an excellent service. They helped me with my STV visa. They helped me every step of the way. This was during a time where it was quite complex getting any visa in Thailand. During the application process, they were excellent especially regarding answering emails quickly and clearly. If there were any issues regarding the requirements I provided, they would inform me and help correct the issue. They had what seemed to be a perfectionist approach. It was very comforting. Everything went really well and it was hassle free. I also had them help me with my subsequent 90 day extension/report. That also went very well and hassle free. There’s no way I could have managed doing all of these processes on my own this smoothly. I’m very grateful and I continue to use there service till this day for my visa purposes in Thailand. I highly recommend them."
