These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern all services, consultations, document handling, and support provided by Thai Kru (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Nature of Our Service
Thai Kru provides visa document preparation, immigration guidance, coordination, and support.
We are not:
- A government agency
- An embassy or consulate
- A law firm
- A travel agency
- A ticketing or tourism operator
We assist clients by:
- Reviewing immigration requirements
- Guiding document preparation
- Coordinating submissions
- Supporting communication with Thai authorities and external agents
All immigration decisions are made solely by the Thai government.
2. We Are NOT a Travel Agency
For compliance with payment processors and regulators:
2.1 No Travel Booking Services
Thai Kru does not provide:
- Flight bookings
- Hotel bookings
- Travel packages
- Tours
- Ticketing services
- Travel itinerary creation
- Any service that constitutes travel agency activity
2.2 No Acceptance of Payment for Travel
We do not accept payment for:
- Flights
- Hotels
- Tours
- Any travel-related expense
2.3 If We Assist Informally
If a client requests help with logistics (for example, helping them navigate a booking website):
- This is not a travel service
- The client remains fully responsible
- All liability rests solely with the client
- Thai Kru does not manage cancellations, refunds, penalties, or disputes
This clause ensures we are not classified as a travel agency for financial-compliance purposes.
3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
3.1 Immigration Results Are Beyond Our Control
We cannot guarantee:
- Visa approval
- Visa extension approval
- Entry into Thailand
- Document acceptance
- Processing timelines
- Interpretation of rules by officers
- Approval of supporting documents
- Background checks or security checks
3.2 No Refund for Visa Rejection
If Thai authorities reject or refuse an application:
Thai Kru is not required to refund service fees.
Visa decisions depend entirely on the Thai government.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy
This section forms our official refund policy.
4.1 Thai Kru Service Fees
Fees charged by Thai Kru cover:
- Consultations
- Document review
- Preparation work
- Administrative support
- Coordination with external agents
- Submission assistance
These fees are payment for time, labor, and expertise, not for visa outcomes.
Refund Policy for Service Fees
All service fees paid to Thai Kru are non-refundable, including when:
- A visa is rejected
- A visa is delayed
- The client changes their mind
- The client becomes ineligible
- Immigration rules change
- The client provides incorrect information
- The client fails to supply required documents
- The client does not respond or cooperate
- Immigration requests new or additional items
- Authorities deny, cancel, or suspend processing
Once work has begun on your case, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
4.2 Government Fees (Strictly Non-Refundable)
Thai authority fees (embassy, consulate, immigration, labour, etc.) are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Set by the government
- Beyond our control
Thai Kru is not responsible for:
- Non-refundable charges
- Payment failures
- Fee changes
- Duplicate fees required by authorities
4.3 Payment of Government Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients must pay government fees directly to the Thai authorities
- Thai Kru is not responsible for payment problems
If Thai Kru pays fees on behalf of a client (rare and only by written consent):
- We do so as a convenience only
- The client remains responsible for those fees
- These fees remain non-refundable
5. External Bookings and Third-Party Responsibilities
Thai Kru is not responsible for any third-party arrangements or consequences involving:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Travel companies
- Insurance providers
- Medical clinics
- Translation services
- External visa agents
- Courier companies
- Notaries
- Legal firms
- Any external service provider
This applies even if:
- We recommend the provider
- We help coordinate or communicate
- We temporarily pay on your behalf
All liability for third-party issues remains fully with the client.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Accuracy of Client Information
Clients must provide:
- True, complete, accurate information
- Valid documentation
- Correct spellings of names, passport details, dates, numbers
- Updates to personal circumstances (marriage, finances, work, address, etc.)
Thai Kru is not responsible for:
- Rejections due to wrong information supplied by the client
- Misleading or incomplete documents
- Delays caused by missing information
- Consequences of false or inconsistent statements
6.2 Timely Cooperation
Clients must supply documents as requested.
Failure to cooperate may result in:
- Delays
- Rejections
- Additional costs
Thai Kru is not responsible for outcomes caused by client delays.
7. Best Effort Standard
Thai Kru uses reasonable best efforts to:
- Review documents
- Identify obvious inconsistencies
- Prepare files correctly
- Communicate requirements clearly
- Support submission procedures
We cannot:
- Verify document authenticity
- Guarantee immigration acceptance
- Predict rule changes
- Guarantee acceptance of bank statements, income, or medical data
- Control the judgement of immigration officers
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We are not liable for visa denial, delay, or cancellation
- We are not liable for decisions by Thai authorities
- We are not liable for third-party provider actions
- We are not liable for financial losses relating to travel or relocation
- Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid to Thai Kru
No other compensation will be offered.
9. No Legal, Financial, or Travel Advice
Thai Kru does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Financial planning
- Travel agency services
- Professional risk assessments
Clients should consult licensed professionals for these matters.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, documents, branding, visuals, text, and website materials created by Thai Kru are our property.
They may not be reused, copied, or resold without written permission.
11. Privacy and Data Handling
Our Privacy Policy outlines:
- What data we collect
- How we store documents
- Who we share data with (including Thai authorities)
- How clients can request deletion
By using Thai Kru, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time for:
- Legal compliance
- Operational improvements
- Immigration rule changes
- Payment processor requirements
A new “Last Updated” date will be posted each time this document changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
