• 招聘状の目的は、ホスト、訪問者、および渡航の理由に関する詳細を提供し、申請者が一時的に滞在し、計画的な予定を持っていることを確認することです。
• 訪問者が誰に会うのか、どこに宿泊するのか、渡航日程を説明し、訪問の一時的な性質を証明します。
• ホスト情報には、ホストの氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、および米国における移民ステータス（米国市民権保持者やグリーンカード保持者など）を含める必要があります。
• 書面内の訪問者情報には、パスポートに記載されている申請者の氏名、ホストとの関係、訪問の目的（観光、ビジネス、またはその両方）、および予定されている到着日と出発日を記載する必要があります。
• この手紙はホストが署名し、申請を行う領事館の米国総領事宛に正式に宛てたものでなければなりません。
