Refund Policy

1. Service Fees

All service fees paid to Thai Kru are non-refundable in the following circumstances:

  • Visa application delays or rejections by authorities
  • The client becomes ineligible for the visa or service
  • The client provides incorrect or incomplete information
  • The client fails to submit required documents
  • The client fails to respond or cooperate
  • Immigration or other authorities request additional documents or information

Client Withdrawal or Cancellation

If a client chooses to withdraw or cancel their application after Thai Kru has begun working on the case, a refund of up to 50% of the service fee may be provided.

The refund amount will depend on the work already completed and is subject to Thai Kru's review and approval.

2. Government Fees

All government fees, including embassy, consulate, immigration, and labour authority fees, are strictly non-refundable.

These fees are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside Thai Kru's control.

Thai Kru is not responsible for government fee changes, payment failures, or additional or duplicate charges required by authorities.

3. Payment of Government Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for paying government fees directly to the relevant authorities.

If Thai Kru agrees in writing to pay government fees on a client's behalf:

  • The payment is made as a convenience only.
  • The client remains responsible for the fees.
  • All government fees remain non-refundable.
