What puts an education visa at risk, and how we prevent it
- Low attendance. We explain the 90 percent rule up front; it is what protects your next extension.
- Not being able to answer basic Thai at an extension. Officers may test what you have learned. Real classes are the answer.
- Leaving without a re-entry permit. We arrange it before you travel.
- Weak or missing school letters. Our partner school issues the enrolment and Ministry of Education letters the embassy or immigration office expects.
- Applying too late inside Thailand. We start the conversion with enough days left on your stay.

Do I need to speak Thai already?
No. The courses start from the basics, and most students start with no Thai at all.
Are there financial requirements?
No large deposit or income rule like retirement or family visas. If you apply at an embassy from abroad, it asks for bank statements showing you can cover tuition and living costs, and some embassies set a minimum. We tell you what yours asks for.
Can I switch from a tourist visa without leaving?
Yes. We convert you inside Thailand. It takes around 40 days and we manage the timing.
Do I really have to attend class?
Yes. You must keep at least 90 percent attendance, and immigration can check. Good attendance protects your next extension.
How long can I stay?
Start with six months or one year, then continue to the next level and extend again. Many people stay two to three years this way.
Can I work on an education visa?
No. It is for study only. Working legally needs a business visa and work permit.
Can I leave Thailand during my course?
