Service Fees by Visa Type

• Destination Thailand Visa (DTV): THB 13,500 service fee (excludes school fees and requires proof of THB 500,000 in a bank account for the last 3 months; processing 10-15 business days).
• Visa Extension (30 days): THB 7,000 service fee.
• Visa Extension (general): THB 9,900 service fee (does not include the government visa extension fee of around THB 2,000, payable in cash).
• Non-O Retirement Visa (90 days): THB 12,000 service fee (plus embassy fee of USD 80; requires THB 800,000 in a Thai bank for 2 months to extend).
• Non-OA Retirement Visa (1 year): THB 15,000 service fee (plus embassy fee of USD 80).
• Non-O Retirement Visa Renewal: THB 12,000 (includes immigration fee); our team accompanies you.
• LTR Visa (Wealthy Pensioner): THB 85,000 service fee (estimated embassy fee THB 50,000; processing 3-4 months).
• Other LTR Visa: THB 90,000 service fee (plus BOI fee of THB 50,000; processing 3-4 months).
• ED Visa: THB 7,500 service fee (excludes school fees of THB 20,000–30,000; school documents take about 1 month).
• Visa for BOI/Work Permit holders: THB 13,500 per person (on top of official THB 10,000 fee).
• Other visa types (e.g. certain nationalities): THB 4,500 service fee (plus approximate visa fee of THB 4,500).
