We used to advise people who wanted to stay for 6 months to just enter Thailand, get en extension (90 days), then exit Thailand and come back again to repeat infinitely.

Now you need to get a long term visa if you want to stay more than 150 days.

What are your options?

DTV Visa
Lasts for 5 years. You need to have 500,000 in savings to qualify. Any age over 20.

Retirement Visa
Renews each year. You need to have 800,000 in savings to qualify. Any age over 50.
