What our clients say
The main DTV applicant must be 20 or older. Dependents (spouse, children under 20) can apply separately.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your planned travel date to Thailand.
That's roughly $16,000 USD / €13,000 / £11,000. It must show on your bank statements for the past 3 months.
DTV covers specific categories. Pick the one that fits you best.
You'll need at least one of these: employment contract, client agreements, invoices, salary slips, or a company registration.
You'll need a letter of acceptance or booking from a Muay Thai camp, cooking school, hospital, wellness center, etc.
To apply as a dependent, your spouse or parent must have an approved DTV visa or be applying at the same time.
Based on your answers, you meet the key requirements. The next step is to talk to our team — we'll confirm your eligibility, prepare your documents, and handle the entire application.
The DTV visa requires the main applicant to be at least 20 years old. If you're under 20, you may be able to apply as a dependent of a parent who holds a DTV.
You need at least 6 months of passport validity. The good news: once you renew it, you can apply right away. Passport renewal usually takes 2–6 weeks depending on your country.
Thai immigration requires the 500,000 THB to appear on bank statements — not in crypto wallets, brokerage accounts, or investment platforms. Transfer funds to a bank account and keep them there for 3 months.
You'll need 500,000 THB (~$16,000 USD) sitting in your bank account for 3 consecutive months. Once you hit that number, bookmark this page and come back to check again.
Unfortunately, the financial requirement is non-negotiable. You might want to look into a regular Tourist Visa (60 days, extendable to 90) which has lower financial requirements.
DTV is specifically for remote workers, Thai cultural activities, or families of DTV holders. But there may be other visa options — retirement visa, business visa, or tourist visa.
Many digital nomads and freelancers don't have traditional contracts. We specialize in helping remote workers organize their income proof, client relationships, and online profiles into a package immigration can understand.
The workcation DTV category requires evidence that you work remotely. Without any contracts, invoices, or employment proof, the application is very unlikely to be approved.
You'll need an acceptance letter or booking from a Thai program (Muay Thai camp, cooking school, hospital, etc.) before you can apply. We can point you in the right direction.
The soft-power DTV category is specifically for people enrolled in Thai cultural or medical programs. Without one, you'd need to qualify under remote work or family instead.
The dependent category requires the main applicant (your spouse or parent) to have an approved DTV or apply together with you. We can help coordinate both applications.
