With all the recent news around Thailand’s visa crackdowns, we had a lot of questions about leaving and re-entering the country, so we booked a one-hour consultation with Tarn. He scheduled a WhatsApp call for the very next day, and the entire experience exceeded expectations.
Tarn took the time to clearly explain the different visa options, how our current travel plans could be affected, and which solutions made the most sense for our situation. We also discussed our long-term plans for extended stays in Thailand, and he gave incredibly helpful guidance on which visas would be best moving forward.
He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and excellent at breaking down what can be a very confusing process into something easy to understand. By the end of the consultation, we felt much more confident and prepared about our upcoming travel plans. The consultation was absolutely worth the price.

Thai Kru provided outstanding service. We needed to cancel my daughter’s language visa in Thailand because she is about to start university there. This had to be done before she could leave the country and apply for her Thai university ED visa. They handled the entire cancellation swiftly, professionally, and with great skill. Communication was excellent — they responded promptly to all questions and explained each step clearly. Their English communication was flawless, making the whole process very easy to manage. Thai immigration procedures can seem quite daunting, especially for a young person, but Thai Kru made the experience calm, simple, and completely stress-free. Sorawat quicky set up a call on WhatsApp. We went over a few things and he recommended me to apply for Non OA retirement Visa. That is a great thing for me as i do not speak Thai.

I highly recommend the Thai Kru agency for any DTV visa application (Soft Power Cuisine in my case).
We submitted our application in Vientiane at Loas.
I contacted the agency on February 2, 2026, and just 16 days later, on February 17, 2026, I received official approval for my DTV visa, valid for a total of 5 years. Remarkable efficiency!
A huge thank you to Véronique, a French speaker, who guided me from start to finish with great professionalism. She was very attentive, patient, and always available to answer all my questions. Her support allowed me to approach each step with confidence and peace of mind.
Important information: once the administrative procedures are completed online, all other steps are handled at the Consulate General of the Royal Thai Embassy (Bourichane Street), not at the Royal Thai Embassy itself. I actually went to the wrong address the first time 😅
The DTV visa fee is currently 10,000 baht.
I also had an interview with an immigration officer. Despite my limited English, everything went very smoothly: the immigration officer was very patient and understanding.

I availed myself to a Thai Kru tour guide to show me around Bangkok during my first visit to Thailand ever.Tontan was an excellent guide and she had already prepared some suggestions before the tour for me after I mentioned my preferences to her. It started off at my hotel location and we more or less walked a lot wherever possible and took taxis, MRT or a tuktuk once to get from A to B. The tour covered the MBK shopping mall with lunch then Wat Arun and Wat Paknam, Siriraj Medical,School and Hospital then China town for some seafood dinner. I managed to find a golden durian vendor and stank the taxi back to hotel with it.
Tontan was a knowledgeable tour guide and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the tour. She managed the tour perfectly for me. 11 out of 10.

My Thai Kru representative, Piyakarn went above and beyond to assist me in both setting up my Bangkok Bank account and obtaining my Thailand, Non O Retirement Visa.
This was accomplished by providing Piyakarn documents (Proof of Income, Background Check) before my arrival. Once here in Bangkok, the bank account and Retirement Visa was accomplished in 3 days.
