I just want to share with others whom are considering using them, that BaanSmile is an excellent service. They helped me with my STV visa. They helped me every step of the way. This was during a time where it was quite complex getting any visa in Thailand. During the application process, they were excellent especially regarding answering emails quickly and clearly. If there were any issues regarding the requirements I provided, they would inform me and help correct the issue. They had what seemed to be a perfectionist approach. It was very comforting. Everything went really well and it was hassle free. I also had them help me with my subsequent 90 day extension/report. That also went very well and hassle free. There’s no way I could have managed doing all of these processes on my own this smoothly. I’m very grateful and I continue to use there service till this day for my visa purposes in Thailand. I found out about Baan Smile through their YouTube channel. I contacted them when I realized I needed to get a 60 day visa in my own country, USA, before arriving in Thailand. I had less than two weeks to accomplish this. I filled out the application on their website and received an email from Eric, promptly. He told me what I needed to send him and kept me informed. He quickly responded to every email, and I sent a lot. I was very pleased with their service and will contact them when I do my visa extension. Check out their YouTube channel. It's very informative.

I had watched their YouTube videos and contacted them with a question about visa services. They were a great help in getting my Special Tourist Visa. Could I have done it myself? Yes. But it was great having them go over everything with me, make sure I had everything, help completing the e-visa application and submission, and getting the Thailand Pass approved as well. They were like executive personal assistants, staying on top of everything, and making sure I did what I needed to on my part to ensure the visa and Thailand Pass would be approved. I'm certain that without their help, I wouldn't have gotten everything completed and approved the first time through. Most likely I wouldn't have gotten the approvals in time, and I would have had to reschedule my dates, flights, arrival etc. and at great additional expense had I done it myself. I would definitely recommend them for this service.
