Do you need a visa?
Not for a holiday. Polish passport holders enter Thailand without a visa and stay up to 30 days under Thailand's visa exemption scheme. You can ask immigration for one extension of 30 days once you are here, which takes you to 60 days.
You do need a visa if you want to stay longer than that, or if you are coming to work, study, retire or join family. Those routes are below.

The honorary consulate cannot issue your visa
Thailand has an honorary consulate in Krakow. It is easy to find and easy to mistake for the real thing. It cannot issue visas, Thai passports, ID cards or certificates, and it cannot authenticate documents. Do not send your application or your documents there.
Krakow: Mr. Wieslaw Henryk Zyznowski, Honorary Consul · Ul. Fabryczna 1a, Building B, 31-553 Krakow, Poland · +48 721 930 374 · [email protected]. Jurisdiction covers Malopolskie, Silesia, Opolskie and Lower Silesia. Open Wednesday and Thursday 09.00-15.00.
Longer stays
If 30 days is not enough, these are the routes Polish passport holders use most.
